Delivery Information
At SnoreMeds™, we understand how important it is to receive your order quickly and reliably. Below you’ll find clear information on how and when your order will be delivered within South Africa.
Order Processing
All in-stock orders placed before 14:00 (2pm) are dispatched on the same business day.
Orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched from SnoreMeds™ headquarters within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Times

Main centres: Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days after dispatch

Our primary courier partner, The Courier Guy, delivers directly to your door.
Delivery Schedule
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00.
Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends or public holidays.

Free Delivery
Enjoy free door-to-door delivery via The Courier Guy on orders over R699 within South Africa.
Standard Delivery
For orders under R699, the following delivery options are available:
- R128,80 – Door-to-door delivery via The Courier Guy
- R88,80 – Pudo Door-to-Locker service
