Unopened & Unused Products
If your SnoreMeds™ product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Returned items must be received in original condition to qualify for a refund
Opened or Used Products
SnoreMeds™ is a mouth-worn, hygiene-sensitive product. For the health and safety of our customers, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
If you experience any issues after opening or using the product, our support team is here to help. Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Fit guidance and usage support
- A replacement product where appropriate
- Store credit for future purchases
Our goal is to ensure you feel supported and confident in your purchase, even if a return is not possible.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

To return an eligible unopened product, please mail it to the address above.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- If a refund is approved, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
