Where is my Order?
We dispatch the orders 24 hours after receiving the purchase. We have two purchase options with tracking, express and economy delivery. Express delivery generally is overnight with exception to outlying areas and over weekends. Economy is through the post office counter to counter and generally takes 3-5 business days. Please contact us if you think there is a problem with your order, please give us your order ID or the email that you used to make the order so that we can trace the order responsively.
How does Our Online Refund Policy Work?
We honour our refund policy Please contact us if you require a refund. We normally expect you to return the item prior to receiving the refund. We deal with each refund on an individual basis and we do require an explanation of why the anti-snoring device did not work for you. The refund policy is only in place for online orders. Retail stores are governed by their own refund policies, so in that case please contact the store where the item was purchased. If the snoring device is defective please contact us we do care and we are here to help. For Online purchases only! Should you require a Refund, then the original delivery cost will be deducted.
